Please use email us at info@artphilogallery.com to let us know which artwork you are interested in and we will contact you to arrange a private viewing of the work or transportation to the destination of your choice.
The costs of transportation will be charged to you and added to the price of the artwork. We will explore different methods of transportation with you and offer you, where possible, a variety of choices.
Artphiló Gallery will endeavor to dispatch your chosen artwork immediately and will inform you about the delivery date.

Terms and Conditions

Buying art online should not feel complicated or risky. However it is important that you are aware and fully informed about the following:
Artwork colour: This may vary depending on the capacity of your computer and its screen. All images are saved using the standard sRGB profile. If you are interested in making a purchase, we might be able to email you a higher resolution of the artwork you are interested in if you have queries about the colour.
Artwork size: This is made explicit on the information per painting by using the metric system
(Height x Width).
Artwork price: The price quoted on the information per painting does not include transportation costs or framing.The price does include value added tax, insurance in transit and packing. If you have any queries regarding the price of an artwork please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss further with a member of our team.
Artwork availability: We will endeavor to maintain our website and ensure that changes are updated. We are unable to guarantee an error-free service and that artworks will always be available for sale.
Artwork title & ownership: When full payment is received, the title and ownership of the artwork will pass to you. Until this time Artphiló Gallery is entitled to use, sell or repossess the goods.
Artwork taxation: You are responsible for paying taxation according to local customs and law.
Money Back Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of an artwork from Artphiló Gallery, you will be entitled to a full refund provided that:
1. You inform us of your intention within 7 days of the artwork having been delivered to you.
2. The artwork is returned to us with 10 days of delivery to you, in its original packaging and undamaged.
3. You incur the costs of transportation of the artwork back to Artphiló Gallery.
